Returns

Our policy

We offer exchanges or refunds on full-priced items returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of bedding that has been used or washed, unless it is faulty.

Email info@sesamehouse.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with a return label and instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving with us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
